You might not understand competitive Pokemon but a Pokemon with 230 in both defense and sp. Defense that can evolve is the last thing we need. If there is a Pokemon that can evolve, you can give it an eviolite which make it's defenses 1.5 times the basic amount which means you'll have a chuckle with 345 in both defense and sp.defense. Sorry if it's too much
