The ghost aren't actually reborn champions since reborn never had an official champion (Ame was the acting champion) the ghost's are based on community members that were champions of the old X-League, an RP server that the gym leaders are based off of.

That was back in episode 48, at around 13:45 16:07 The chance for a 5-hit King's Rock Flinch is about 41% 17:51 The "shining" animation is what indicates that there is a spirit in the room you're in. Using the Spirit tracker only tells you how many you collected in total.

Two things. 1) I would try to complete the spirit quest until after you get through the Victory road story (Clearing it out is so much easier when you aren't being targeted). 2) be careful on the Logic puzzles if you get them wrong enough the person with you will auto solve it but lose relationship points in exchange.

I absolutely HATE those logic puzzles, so I just looked up the answers. Tried doing the first one and it devolved into guess and check, which make puzzles so much worse

Pokemon Reborn's victory road is LONG, it kinda makes me happy that victory roada like this aren't in the main pokemon games, don't get me wrong i love how this game has a challenging victory road.

Alot of the victory roads were long or hard to get too Gen 1 was long because of the cave puzzle Gen 2 n 3 really has a very long route to get to victory n in Gen 3 the cave is huge Gen 4 n 5 are kinda short Gen 8 is really really long because of the eternatus crap the evil team n team yell events

God, this was easily the worse part of the game for me. There’s nothing wrong with having a challenging victory road. In fact I was really happy to see that victory road here would have a form of challenge as we really don’t get that in the main games. But this victory road drags on for so long! I enjoy doing logic puzzles but I ended up googling the answers at one point because there were so many and I just wanted to get to the league (not to mention logic puzzles takes time)! It took me like maybe 3 days to get through it? In fact I found the league much easier than victory road, but that also may just be because battles are much more my forte over puzzles lol. Hey, at least the final puzzle is really easy. I have a lot of problems with victory road in this game, lots of the plot points seemed to be really rushed to be finished (I really only found Fern’s arc in victory road to be the most natural) and like I complained in the paragraph before drags to the point it doesn’t become a fun challenge but an annoying chore. I feel like it could’ve been way better if the devs cut out a lot of the plot points and left the loose ends to be tied up in post game. I dread coming back here once I get into this point in my current mono ice run. It’s still a long way away as I’m currently gambling for coins in the arcade before I face Florina but Victory Road looms over me still.

Yes Voltsy Kommo-O does have his own Z-Move and he's had it since Pokemon Ultra Sun & Moon and his Z-Move is connected with his signature move Clanging Scales. But I don't remember the name of it though

Clangerous Soulblaze, which as of Sword And Shield is a normal (as in regular, not the type) move that halves your HP like Belly Drum does. Oh and it's a status move rather than an attack.
