The reason they use the bigger box for the zapdos is because of the Jumbo card, they don’t want it to block the view of the packs so people can see everything it comes with.

I've just started collecting again and I'm starting with 151. Been watching your videos. Your knowledge on the sets is insane. I got the binder box and from 4 packs I got 2 hits. Wartortle illustration rare and Erica's invitation ultra rare. For pokemon day tomorrow I have a alakazam ex box and a zapdos ex box being delivered from amazon. I don't know what to do with the big card though 🤣 they seem like a novelty to me. The amount of reverse holos on this set is a bit annoying though. To me they are completely different cards that I will need all of to complete the set
