Well to be honest, infernape was one of the strong fire type and fighting type. Yeah greninja was somehow a strong water type too but he also a dark type, which was weak against fighting type so even in a anime I don't think he still can stand well after few times of infernape's mach punch. And don't mention that's he still need to deal with charizard's deadly seismic tose after that. And yet most of his fire pokemon are almost all evolved and most of his water pokemon are almost haven't evolved and his grassroots types... just 5-5. But that's just my opinion.
