@@prozorozo You can either place them into circlets (a type of equip-able item) or consume them and get a temporary stat boost that lasts until the end of the dungeon. My play style revolved around which gems I equip (some of which were temporary while others weren't), and I sometimes had to change on the fly depending on what I did and didn't grab. Best mechanic of the game IMO.

I can see why this piece was so tricky to remix. It's like you said in the description, some songs in PSMD are just so good that it's difficult to make a remix out of them. But, even though it must have been incredibly difficult to do this one, I really appreciate that you completed it! Many fans of the song will, I personally think, be really happy with the end product! On to another topic, after playing SMD, I went back to Gates to Infinity with a new-found appreciation to the music. After hearing it a lot in Super's dungeons, I wanted to go back and listen to it in the context of the game's story. Personally, I never had anything against Gates and I'm still not entirely sure what the argument about it is. Maybe it's just my mentality that since it has great music, it's a great game. I'm gonna be a bit selfish here, and say that one of my favorite pieces from Gates would have to be Infinite Dungeon 2, better know in PSMD as Heart Lake. I've only seen one person touch it in a remix, and it was only in a small portion of the song. I just wanted to throw it out there, in case you hadn't ever heard/heard of the song This is an aw some remix, and the 20+ hours of work really shows!

Also, I've really enjoyed your recent works too, especially the Ivory Dance piece. I've never really listened to many waltz pieces and I found that one incredibly enjoyable. As a cello player, I tried to see if I could transcribe Infinite Dungeon 2 for cello, and I agree that it has such a strange key. So many flat notes. But since I'm not into the remixing scene, as much as I'd like to learn how to do those kinds of things, I do not know all of the ins-and-outs of what goes into making a piece. And so I really appreciate all of the work that goes into each composition. So thank you, to all remixers, for the work that you do for the listeners!

Even though some dungeons we're hard, I'm referring to the Post-game dungeon to get back your character, it was a nice game to play. I don't get the argument either at all about Gates to Infinity, but my argument, it's freaking good.

I wish I could give some kind of detailed criticism after all the work you put in, but I'm just sitting here in awe. This is one of my favorite remixes of yours I've heard, probably ever. You can really feel the emotion in this, the feeling of both hope and hopelessness that any good final boss theme has. A lot of love and care clearly went into it. I'll admit I never got around to playing this one as life just kept happening the past couple years, but this kind of makes me want to.

It’s actually a little more interesting to see non-Pokémon bosses because it shows that there’s more to that world than just Pokémon. We know they have regular Pokémon, but the fact that they have giant beasts of mass destruction that simply AREN’T NORMAL - and i’m not talking about Ultra Beasts, because if you can register them in a Pokédex, they can be biologically classified as a Pokémon - THAT is what brings up a new sense of fear. THAT is what keeps people more afraid of the world they live in...if they even know such Lovecraftian beasts exist in their world.

Stop gambling about non pokémon final boss being bad, it's more original, story impacting, harder (because you don't know wat you're going to face), and make more sense because fighting a pokémon that normally cares for life gave us Rayquaza fight who has no reason to exist if he just looked up or by letting two child to explain the reason why they're here and not just "Earthling not on Earth for unknow reasons, bad, kill them", he just felt stupid and stubornn for me.

@@prozorozo If you mean why I did it: I wanted a challenge for summer break a few years ago and saw Hollow Knight. I picked it up, died to Hornet over 20 times, but continued. I was too scared to fight NKG in my first run, but when Godmaster was announced, I *had* to beat him before it dropped. I did it the night before. When I saw his statue in Godhome, I had to beat him again and I tried and tried until he became the first boss I got on radiant, after that I met a guy online who told me it was impressive i beat him so quick, but I couldn't possibly beat *all* bosses on radiant. I decided to prove him wrong. I already got the hardest boss on radiant, right? PV was the first to disagree, but fell soon after, the only other challenge was Markoth... he was worse that the Radiance herself. But I had come this far... only two remained and so, I couldn't stop anymore. Pretty much every spare moment I had went toward it... I thought I could do it, and so i *had* to do it. And I did. If you want a guide: A few general things first... Keep calm, don't get ahead of yourself, don't panic, focus on dodging rather than damage. During the first phase, just jump up and swipe her from below, after a while she'll cover halt the floor in spikes... just don't go there and switch sides in time. Next she'll make it rain nails... just stay calm, and stay in between them. I found it good to be slightly to the right of her and swipe at her just before the nails fell. Then comes the section with a bunch of plattforms... the one on the right, next the one furthest down is where you want to be. Dodge her attacks and wait until she comes to you, then Abyss Shriek the hell out of her, but not in the earlier phases, as you need the soul here. This is the phase with the most health and the most opportunities for her to get you. The climb is by far the hardest part. You have the void rising benath you, making you panic, because you need to be quick and the Radiance above, shotting you with lasers... when i did it the wiki said she can't target the same place twice... she absolutely can. Try to get a rhythm, but don't jump into the laser... it's honestly mostly luck... The last phase is easy, but what's not easy is not trying to deal damage over dadging. You came so far, now just quickly finish it, right? Wrong. Don't get greedy. Stay on one plattform, dodge her orbs (you can make them fly offscreen and they'll vanish) by jumping, and wait for her to come to you. Don't use spells, just the nail. When she stays in the middle and doesn't teleport anymore, wait for an opening and hit her once *with the nail.* Congrats, you've defeated the radiant Absolute Radiance.
