I have HC that beta designs of the beasts are 'unknown pokemon' before being revived by Ho-oh. Legendary Beasts had no design yet at that point. And no, they were not revived Eeveelutions (Walkin Wake, Raging Bollt and Gouging Fire are strong counterargument against this theory) You can't convince me otherwise, but you can try.

Beta Suicune is a banger design, the other two are rather.. weird and underdesigned, I think. I also love current Suicune and would not want it replaced, but I do think its beta still holds up as a well-designed pokemon to this day.
