Pokemon: Wallace & Steven VS Iris & Alder

It's time for another big battle: Alder & Iris, the former and current champion of Unova, are challenging Hoenn's former champion Steven and the local dork...err, I mean current champion Wallace ;-)
Sorry if I'm offending anyone who likes Wallace, it's just that he's the only champion with his strongest pokemon in the Lv. 50s. Even in the new ORAS-games his team is laughably weak, even though you could refight him in the Delta-Episode...Sigh, well, despite all that, his pokemon still have a type advantage in this matchup, so he's actually a little useful here. Let's see how this goes.
It was great doing another double battle again after such a long time, even though they take a longer time to make than the standard battles. I'm also running out of ideas for good double battles, so if anyone know a good matchup, feel free to tell me in the comments.

yeah that isn't going to happen, every person who has a chance of beating him has already lost. Cynthia, Blue, Iris, Alder, Steven, Lance, none from 6th gen as these videos can't be done in 6th gen.

Kai Reves This battle could've gone either way, but I usually take control of the weaker team because this way the battle becomes more interesting. But yeah, if I had taken control of Alder & Iris, they would've definatelly won, so better don't take the final outcome here too seriously ;-)

Most of the time it's easier this way. Most of the opponents I want to fight against already exist in Gen 5, so I only need to make slight alterations to fight them in the setting I want.One the other hand, if I want to fight, say, Steven, in Gen 5, I have to re-create the character from scratch, which takes a lot more time. And another reason is that the Gen 5-trainers usually have the stronger pokemon, so if I side with them, it would make them even stronger and the battle would be completely one-sided and boring to watch. I also like the personal challenge of playing as the underdog and trying to defeat the stronger trainer. And it's not true that Gen 5-trainers never win. As I recall, Marshall won his battle against Bruno too. Again, don't take the outcome of these battles to seriously. Both teams can win, so don't think too much of it if your favorites loose.

Kai Reves I've looked up both of their teams and that battle would be extremely one-sided. Roark and Byron do not only have the higher levels, but they also have quite a strong type advantage. That's why I ultimately decided to do this battle instead.

Red vs Gold/Ethan. Peeps are always going on bout how Red is the strongest there is but what about Ethan. He not only BEAT the E4, Champion and all gyms in his region, but he also did the same to RED'S region, Kanto. Well.... the gym leaders anyway. And on top of all that he caught all mons in BOTH Kanto and Jhoto so I think he'd be a worthy opponent. The match from Mount Silver to determine who was really the best. And if this has already been done then do Brenden vs Ethan.
