this battle taught me the importance of training. i lost to him in an embarassing fashion and i lost the will to play for a while until i visited mt. battle until my pokemon were about level 60's and then it became easier for me to face him as i got stronger. i'll never forget that lesson again.

@SalamenceCommander That's why I kinda glad Salamence was a Shadow Pokemon in XD, and the fact they introduced Cipher members with multiple Shadow Pokemon. Though, even then, some of them weren't that desirable.

except for a few advantages that XD has over colosseum like saving anywhere, and shadow pokemon having exclusive moves, etc., COLOSSEUM IS STILL AWESOME. its one of the most underrated games ever.

this was an awesome game simply due to the fact it was challenging. None of the gameboy pokemon games are very diffcicult where this one actually took some strategy

Slaking packs quite a punch when it strikes though. Giga Impact + Life Orb that thing and it incinerates everything in it's path...

@thelinkmaster91 Well I understand, but lets admit it everybody can beat the hardest of bosses, its the catching that aggrivates me. You throw a poke ball you pray that it will stay in there so it won't destroy your last pokeball. Also doing that leaves your pokemon wide open.

@Luigifan18 Dude, everyone uses the Master Ball on Tyranitar. It is arguably the best Pokemon you can use it on.

@Expektationz Use the Poke Ball glitch on it with the Master Ball. Once you get it, catching Pokemon is ridiculously easy.

@Alan8tor My story: I had my Umbreon in lvl 90 'cause I kept fighting trainers in lvl 30-ish at the same place, over and over again. Ye, I was a kid, I had patience back then :D. When I came to this dude I had a bit trouble in the beginning but in the end I was sooo close to catching his Tyrannosaur!! My mom called me and I attacked instead .__.

@Alan8tor I had the same problem the first time I played this game. Except I only got to borrow the game so I was never able to train and beat it. But if I ever got the game again, I would train non stop, and actually catch the shadow pokemon. Instead of just being lazy and finishing them off then saving my game after words. X(

i waa mad and suprised the first time i fought evice. the mayor from phenac being the real final boss was a twist. but i was mad as hell, thinking nascour was the final boss aand wasting my masterball on metagross when Fatass has a shadow tyranitar. stook me like 10 tries.

What other game series has an original story plot that spans over however many games it has already?! I can't think of any! @DoinkTonberry Well, all the Final Fantasy games are about different people. Not much connection in story, really. All the KH games are about 1 story. Unless an FF game has the same number, its a different story altogether. Also, do any of the FF games hint at the next one? I haven't played many of them yet (or any all the way through) so I wouldn't know.

You cannot say a game sucks until you actually play enough of the game to sample everything, so for you to have a proper opinion, you need to have gotten past the second boss (those on Destiny Island don't count) Disney isn't gay, Disney is for kids.
