Nice battle and narration. The overlay was a little distracting, but at the same time I didnt mind looking down to read the little pokefacts so I like it.

For me, I find it very interesting to see one Pokemon stay in for a very long time against an opponent, such as Umbreon did here. Yes its stally, but I feel as though it shows how the good player is for being able to sustain the constant switching and threats the Pokemon faces.

Ahh okay. That makes sense. I do not often look at Smogon sets; so I didn't know. Thank you! And Umbreon on that team is more designed to be a special check and heal the rest of the team. No one else on the team even has a means of recovering their health.

That is an interesting viewpoint. I have a weird EV spread on Umbreon that allows it to take hits from both sides of the spectrum evenly.

Lucky indeed! It does have a Naive nature though. Which is less than ideal... (I think mine has Max HP/enough speed to outspeed base 105s) and the rest in Attack. But the mixed nature allows me to run Volt Switch and have it actually hurt some things. So that's nice.

I disagree that I'm at a serious disadvantage (outside of lacking the odd hidden power, it does not matter much), and I sacrificed Umbreon because stalling any longer was such a drag! Now if it were a tournament match... all holds are off hehe.

The opponent's Zapdos had HP flying. It did too much damage to be grass and HP flying is standard on the smogon specs set. Also, if you don't like to stall, then Umbreon is a bad choice :P.

You could have stalled out his emopoleon. He only had like 2 hydropumps left. You let umbreon, flygon and crobat die for no reason at all, and you lost for it... No one likes stall but if it's a last resort to victory then you had no reason not to do it.

do you like breeding your own Pokemon or do you just dislike pokesav? and maybe a less bulky overlay next time. battle and narration were great but hard to focus on.

Yeah I think that the quote, although funny, is unnecessary. You could just say the Skype thing after every battle, and we know it's your WiFi battle, so you don't need to put a banner up. I really do like the Pokefacts though, it definitely provides a more fun feel to the video. This is only constructive criticism, no hate. Keep up the good work!

Yeah, you really should have just kept making the optimal plays with Umbreon instead of just sacking it. You're already going into these games at a serious disadvantage because you breed your Pokemon, so there's no reason to be indulgent with your opponents. Oh well, still a fun game.
