But the implication is that he is part of a scary group and he is just a low level member. More likely, he has no group and is just trying to scare him, but if it isn't a genuine warning, if it is just to intimidate or coerce, that is a death threat. He should have been arrested already. He has already admitted racketeering, and been making death threats. You arrest him on suspicion of making death threats, and his only defense is that it wasn't really death threats because he is a low level member of some crime group, so then you they arrest him for racketeering and death threats.

In the game sic-bo, they install a camera in top of bowl and have glow in the dark markings on dice. So they can see the outcome before bowl is lifted.
