It is allowed until 190. Would it be faster? Debatable. Maybe in the late game when no moves left to learn. But even then it will always take time to put them into battle and keep them back in double encounter.

@@Joshawott302 Also I try to not do it too much cuz I want the candies from all the runs. But if the servers were so bad that I could do a big toilet session between 2 biomes and then go to the neighboring country on foot to get cigarettes, I'll change
