the slowpoke wouldn't get hurt because they are like lizards and can detach there tails and it then grows back in a few months. In the Pokémon world they are delicacy. Slowpokes are my sisters favorite Pokémon she says she would get a Shelder and evolve her slowpoke during battles just to take it off later. So the slowpokes dying isn't right.

I think the parents plant the seed in Bulbasuar’s back in the wild. Probably as a survival mechanism when it grows. It works as a weapon AND an extra energy source after all. It would kinda make sense in a Pokémon world kind of way. I prefer Pidgeotto’s name, and find the pidgey line’s naming convention mixed up. Pidgeotto should be the third form and pidgeot should be the second form.
