It's true that a first mon Tera can pretty much set the whole battle, much to the player's convenience (and unfort to op). There were times in which a first mon Tera just started to setup and my whole team just lost to that because the switch-in was now useless and so did the next one to enter because it failed to deal any significant damage. I literally had no real way to deal with that conveniently specific Tera lol It's honestly too disgusting RNG-wise, in a different level to status haxes or misses :/
