Unfortunately, I never went to Bhutanese refugees camps....

Tibetan refugees were there since 1959 while Bhutanese refugees are recent. Tibetans have undergone similar hardship far more difficult than ethnic Nepalese. Moreover Bhutanese refugees never want to live I. NEPAL but West primarily US.
