-Pretty sure Twitch has ties to DraftKings and I still see casino in my area on twitch -Twitch still has ads for alcohol which can, unlike gambling, can actually kill you if you're not drinking responsibly. -pokkiman uses Twitter. Which also HEAVILY sponsored by gambling websites. Every other ad on my twitter feed is gambling related. -She has said nothing about the women half naked, doing borderline softcore porn to attract possibly young men to the more hardcore stuff on onlyfans I genuinely don't see a difference between showing uses gambling content, and women showing off sexual content on twitch. Because I know people with gambling problems like slicker. but I know WAY more people with horny problems, simping and spending insane amounts of money on women that don't care about them or don't know they exist. My point? there is no moral high ground. Pokimane is generalising ONE event (that was really bad), and ignoring all of them other stuff.

Morals and ethics aren’t legal terms. If someone breaks a contract to switch or add platforms it’s a legal matter. This sounds like Pokemane’s opinion.

it's very easy to throw stones from a ivory tower about how the one change twitch made was for the largest streamers on the platform and change nothing for a overwhelming majority of your content creators. but because another platform's parent company makes it money from galmbing too far well I don't see her calling twitch out for being owned by amazon who I'm sure are into some shady practicises

Pokimane was saying what she said about those other former Twitch now Kick streamers; because of how they went about the switch up between the two platforms. All for what too; a more ginormous paycheck deal when they were already getting paid a lot, & not because they changed; that’s all well & good for them at the end of the day. i mean when you actually think about the argumentative reason being way more money, doesn’t that make you think “ Wow, desperate & demoralising much “. Twitch streamer Dizzykitten said she wouldn't go because her advertisers wouldn't go with her. She said advertisers are scared off by the gambling and wide-open content. In truth, advertisers don't like Kick because of their wide-open free speech. The people who run the advertisers have told them not to advertise on Kick until they regulate their speech by deplattforming problematic streamers. Pokimane was certainly told to say what she said by her advertisers.
