@@michaelkowal3230 Nah, feel like it's compensated by how easy it is to land, especially raw for full power. Remember that combos allow confirms but also nerf/scale damage; and did you know while Bad Dreams is on, Darkrai becomes intangible and cannot be interrupted while initiating Infinite Eclipse?

Darkrai's burst in Nightmare mode is tied with Machamp's for being third strongest. His burst is also invincible from Frame 1 of the animation when in Nightmare.

Actually there are two versions of Darkrai’s synergy attack. If Darkrai uses his during bad dreams rising mode, the synergy attack does a lot more damage.

you can out burst his burst with literally anyone on reaction, counter pierce it with a normal move free, grab it for crit, block it, jump over it, its not super long range, it has HORRIBLE combo scaling and is regarded as the worst burst in the game due to being insanely unsafe to even use

Actually dream eater (bad dreams rising + A-down) deals up to 252 poinst damage AND heals the recoverable HP

Use darkrais burst attack under Bad dreams rising and you have 252 at least. Hold X and you get a defense, attack or defense AND attack boost with that it goes up to 272

I don't like how you call it a tier list. Sure it shows in order which Burst Attack deals the most damage but it alone doesn't tell which one is the best. For example, Shadow Mewtwos BA seems to be super strong on paper but it is not quite as good as it seems on first glance: it is super punishable on block unlike other burst attacks so basically if your opponent blocks it they can go to make coffee while you are still recovering from the attack and then hit you with whatever move they want. Damage isn't everything on these moves. Decidueyes burst attack on the other hand is positive on block so you can usually use it without a worry unlike in Shadow Mewtwos case.
