This competition is good to prepare the players for the upcoming World Championship. Bottolo and Recine are doing well and they are valid alternative for Michieletto and Lavia in the future, when needed (the World Championship is such a long tournament).

France is not any dominant team in volleyball to have a guaranteed win . The French have practically packed up with the Olympics and sudden form in the last days of the tournament decide about their golden medal . Poland won twice in a row world championship and in last years champions league twice in a row so for sure they can beat France .

France is the olympic champion meanwhile Poland never won anything since WC 2018 that's a long time ago, even they can't even win European championship in home soil they lost to Slovenia again and again, that's harsh reality for Poland.

These were such experimental line-ups on both sides, it could've gone either way. As Polish I am not even that surprised they lost. So many of these guys have never even played the national team before. It's fun to watch these lesser known players but tbh I'm waiting for all teams to start adding their stars soon. It kinda feels like a B tournament in a way.

What struggling ? :0 You know antything about volleybal ? This match show nothing about national team of Poland :0 . This is sparring match of deep reserves when best players have vacations . Such playmaker like Firlej's will be probably not even second playmaker but the third in the hierarchy of the representation . Such Butryn is a solid player but in the ranking of attackers in the team I would give him 4th position after Kurek, Kaczmarek, Muzaj etc. similar goes for the hierarchy of other players in this match

@@juniartoponur2908 2022 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship, yg harusnya dijadwalkan akan diselenggarakan di Rusia dari tgl 26 Agustus - 11 September. Tapi setelah Rusia melakukan serangan militer ke Ukraina, negara Barat, termasuk juara bertahan Polandia, Belanda, Jerman dan AS mengancam akan memboikot perhelatan tsb jika FIVB tetap bersikeras melangsungkannya di Rusia. Alhasil, Rusia dicopot dari status tuan rumah, timnas Rusia juga dilarang mengikuti semua ajang kompetisi FIVB sampai batas waktu yg belum ditentukan. FIVB kemudian menunjuk Polandia dan Slovenia sebagai tuan rumah yg baru. Karena dipengaruhi oleh semangat anti Rusia yg luar biasa, Polandia dan Slovenia mengajukan proposal ke FIVB utk mengundang Ukraina ke ajang ini, FIVB tidak punya pilihan, karena delegasi Rusia di organisasi tsb juga sudah ditangguhkan. Pada tgl 15 April, FIVB resmi mengundang Ukraina, dgn kata lain mengganti posisi Rusia dgn alasan Ukraina adalah tim dalam ranking berikutnya setelah tim-tim Eropa yg terlebih dahulu lolos. Secara keseluruhan terdapat 24 tim yg akan berlaga dari seluruh konfederasi bola voli dunia.

It was Poland's something about third, fourth squad when we take the hierarchy of players in national team the rest are on vacation. There were players even from the 5th, 6th team in the league. This match had sparring value and gaining experience by players who have never played for the national team
