This tram is an ex-BoGeStra NF6D. These were ordered in 1990, delivered between 1992 and 1994, and first low-floor trams in Bochum and Gelsenkirchen. However, these trams were sold to Łódź between 2017 and 2020 and replaced with Stadler Variobahns (the same type, as in Croydon, Helsinki (in which, one of cars was tested in Łódź in 2021), Sydney, Graz, Aarhus etc.).
