No, you should remove those monuments. They were built to mock the local population, the Russians built monuments for looters and rapists. They anger the local population for decades and only the good will of people let them remain after the end of the cold war. Poland should respect the soldiers of the Red Army who helped the Nazis invade them in the first place in 1939, who massacred Polish military officers in Katyn and sent thousands of Poles to Siberia... because the Nazi's who they allied with betrayed them in the end Stalin was forced to defeat them with the allies (who had actually declared war on Germany after Germany & USSR invaded Poland long before Operation Barbarossa)? Oh, yeah. Do I need to mention that the Red Army waited for the Nazi's to crush the Polish resistance during the Warsaw uprising before moving in 1944. Oh, and the "liberation" of Poland by the Red Army resulted it in being enslaved behind the iron curtain by the USSR along the rest of Eastern Europe for over 50 years? Yeah... you're an idiot.
