It was gathered, in theory you could juggle the ball forwards the whole way across the pitch. what you can't do is deliberately throw it forwards and catch it

It's not a knock on unless the ball touches the ground or another player.

0:45 when is World Rugby going to wake up and penalise players who deliberately hit scoring players late? That should be a yellow card as it is an intentional attempt to harm the defenseless player scoring a try.
