Pls check the reason for rejection and also what circumstances has changed from previous rejection and current employer status . If all in order you can apply . However you can look to other Schengen countries as well.

Well .. See for appointments everyone is suffering and your agents have really no much option and it’s beyond his control . Pls check the validity of work permit, if it’s valid for year or more , you can wait as in any case soon this system of appointments will be corrected.. However it’s your decision, if you haven’t invested more and hurry you may choose to apply other country. Where appointments are not needed or easy to get .

8,9 means you have no proper justification, review your case once again and check all documents which you have submitted, you will find some error .

It’s not possible to comments on validity of any work permit without checking , However if you know the company is good and your profile is good , do the proper filing hopefully you will get the visa .
