No there's is no such time limit. Usually work permit mein validity will be there but it will be for few years. Please check that to confirm.

Thanks for the suggestion. To answer you quickly, regarding sim card it's better to leave your sim card in India and come here and buy new sim. This way you don't need to spend lot on international roaming plans and keep receiving otp in Indian number. You can put it in some basic mobile phone and leave it on India with parents or relatives. Regarding medical, purchasing travel medical insurance is mandatory for visa. So you can use that when you are sick. Unfortunately you can't walk in directly to any hospital unless it's some emergency. You need to first call the insurance company and tell them your problem and they will connect you with doctor.

The truth is, temperatures close to -40 were last recorded in this country (in the lowlands) almost... 100 years ago. In a typical winter, temps range between about +10 and -20 degrees, and those lows usually don't last longer than several days. Typically, thaw periods alternate with light frost. Temperatures below -20 are really extreme and almost always happen only at nighttime. Buy yourself good boots and proper clothes, and you'll certainly survive. ;)
