For a perfect cut, there is advance option in automatically knife adjustment in Polar 115. But, if you want to manually cut then you have to adjust the knife by a 100gsm paper and down the knife manually and pressure adjust with angle bar. And always try to set up the knife pressure accurate for a better cut.

​@@djtitan9239 Thanks for your comment. There are weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules which means you have to clean by air, grease, and lubricate the machine in a proper way. That will enlarge your machine productivity and longevity. Thank you.

@@protaproy4750 in the morning when he opens the machine then when he uses the machine when the blade falls the observe maintenance schedule appears..thank you for your reply . . because in the clutch of my machine, sir, the oil was leaking before the circle inside the clutch was changed, my ball bearing is that the cause of the observe maintenance schedule, there is leaking oil.. thank you sir, I hope you can reply..
