The Polar Ignite 2 and Polar Ignite almost look the same but today we will figure out what the differences are in these two watches. Both may have a 1.2 inch touch display with the same 240 x 204 pixel resolution but the differences are in the features you get with them and the level of accuracy. In the heart-beat and in the step tracking the Ignite 2 is a lot more accurate than the Polar Ignite. But if you look at the built-in gps they are equally good. Unfortunatelly the Polar Ignite has no music player which is one of the biggest downsides in my opinion.

Great video. I was looking at used Ignite and Ignite 2. Your video helped remind me that music on a sports watch can be very useful. Do you have any recommendations for a good Android sports watch that has storage for music play while working out without a phone nearby?

Well there are a few like the apple watch, fossil gen 5 oder fossil gen 6, huawei watch 3 (has no Spotify though) or Samsung Galaxy Watch 2/3/4. Hope I could help you:)

I have a FT60 that just died after 9 years. It worked great. And an A300 which doesnt have all the features I need. I was thinking an Ignite, not really worried about Music or weather. and the other differances arent really that bit.

As for the distance both watches were ok-ish but the ignite 2 was a little better if I remember correctly

@@TheProductReviewer danke shon, i want accurate watch. i tried the polar m 430, but the GPS wasnt accurate, actually it worked better when i turned the gps off but in this one you cant turn it off, right? i'm afraid i'll be stuck with un precis watch. do you know if the m430 is more precise?

Battery replacement procedure for Ignite vs Ignite 2 : not possible / not possible. After 3 year you will have a battery live off 4 hours and will like to buy a new one. (No Polar crap)
