Polara 8 Wires and 1 Polara iNS Crosswalk Buttons at Lehigh Ave and West Lake Ave

Older Polara 8 wires buttons. All say "Walk sign is on." There is one Button crossing West Lake that just makes a buzzing noise. And 1 Polara iNS Crossing Lehigh that makes a machine gun noise.

@Joshua_Park_693 yes they are not weather-resistant and during winter it gets very cold in the negatives some buttons loose there sound fast.
