Polaris 800 Oil Pressure Fix

I just installed this on a freshly built 800. As soon as my new battery arrives, I’m going to do the initial run on the engine. Hoping for the best.

Why the flat washer original part doesn’t come with it ?

i just ordered the pressure guard type from amazon after learning about the pin getting stuck and potentially destroying your motor . For $38 why chance it or go half ass with the bail bearings

Why extreme oil pressure is not recommended ?

It could blow the o-ring out of the oil filter or hydro lock the lifters

High oil pressure will pump up the lifters and stick the valves open..
