If i have ever seen a sled that needs a turbo this is the one. It is already so custom you might as well just throw in a turbo if you have any room. If not have jaws make a twin pipe

Careful blocking your exhaust valves. All the un-burnt oil drains out the solenoid into the belly pan to keep the exhaust valves from clogging up. This isn't from personal experience it's what the mechanic at my dealer said, and it sort of made sense.

need to take the elka suspension off and put some fox on there... you have next to no travel, you'll hit a big snow drift or something its gonna bottom right out.. No good.. Love the sled though keep up the good work

cant have a narrow stance and lots of travel - no matter what kind of shock you use:) Thanks for watching!

Are those carbs heated? Any advantages or disadvantages to heated carbs?
@BrowerBandit
@BrowerBandit 10 жыл бұрын
with heated carbs you snow machine becomes more fuel efficent because with warmer gas the less you need to burn in the engine.
@PowerModzOfficial
@PowerModzOfficial 10 жыл бұрын
carb heaters are good in very cold environments, they can freeze up and stick open. most of the time it's not needed.

why would you build a mountain snowmobile when you can just buy a pro rmk and it would probably be better than that sled and cheaper

bruinsfan988 Because when you build it from the ground up, it feels like your sled, not Polaris'. Just put 'Louie' decals on the sled and take polaris' off!
@yamahamm
@yamahamm 10 жыл бұрын
Because when you by a sled it's a sled made to fit all riders, when you build it yourself you can build it to fit you and your riding style/skills. And you know how too fix things when they break. And yea if you don't break stuff you are not riding hard enough.

my question is.... U spend all that time and tons of real dollars...for the real person and have a machine that still doesn't handle as well as a assault 155. U would be better off just buying a ready to go sled. IQR are great for racing and ditch banging. all the science and technology is made for that. not mountains.
@AdBul_
@AdBul_ 7 жыл бұрын
well yeah its not only to get the sled... now he knows pretty much everything on it and he can proudly say he has built it from ground up. and then there is that no-one has the same thing that he does.
