Most in depth 2 part video I found, just purchased a used outlaw 50 from my neighbor who's kids have outgrown it, putting my 3 yr old granddaughter on it, she to was on an electric one. We actually bought her the Big Green Country 4 wheeler which is built really well compared to the big box store brands. You completely answered all my questions, Great video!

Practically never. these motors burn so clean nothing really ever gets on them

I was curious how many turns you put on the spark plug. The NGK spark plug box said a half turn after hand tight. I went a little more because it felt loose.

Unfortunately the pilot jet is probably clogged. It is very small and will require pulling the carburetor off to clean it

Do you know if there is auto part store equivalent for the transmission fluid? I I accidentally drained about half thinking I was on the oil drain plug 🤦‍♂️

Look it up on Partzilla.com . Sometime you get lucky and they tell you the thread pitch and size. Metric for sure

Great video. I have a question. I was just given one of these. Great condition. Runs but I’m going to clean the carburetor to see if it’ll run better. But I know it needs a battery. We’ve been kick starting it. But what’s odd is it goes dead when we press the breaks or press the horn button. Any ideas or has yours had this problem? .

Put a new battery in it and see what happens. I believe that will fix your issue.

I had a problem with the electric start not working on my outlaw 50. If you hit the top of the switch with a hammer fist it will start right up.

Mine starts with the choke closed then whe you open it the bike dies, i have cleaned the carbies and jets... any idea what it could be? Cheers

Fortunately, it sounds like your main jet is still clogged. It is a very small hole on these tiny cc engines.

These little quads are extremely picky about the battery being fully charged or have a good battery in them. If the battery is weak at all the thing won't run.

Adjust the screw on the hand throttle. With it removed or adjusted out, an adult can ride it. Great power.

What is the plug right beside the engine oil drain plug?

I just removed it as it's the same plug as the transmission drain. I guess it's just a second drain plug. Nothing came out of it after I 1st drained the oil out of the plug with the screen.
