Good info! Do another video with more info. Question about building your pole barn. I noticed you didn't put a moisture barrier under the roof or on all sides before you put the metal on. Is condensation not an issue for you? Most metal roofs I'm seen sweat. Thanks!

You can check out the full video on DIY’s channel! I put the moisture barrier underneath the lath. I do not like insulation between the metal & the lath on the roof...it tends to leak around the screws over time. It also makes it hard to locate & fix a leak if you have one. We put the moisture barrier on the walls on the house side but not on the shop side. Thanks for watching!

@@ack5753 lath is the wood strips you screw the metal roof to. By leaving that air gap, any condensation that gets in there can get out. By putting the insulation on the ceiling below it helps condensation to not get in there in the first place. Condensation forms where there’s a change in temperature. Hope that helps! Thanks!

how hard is it to get home owners ins. on pole barn home with a shop together? and cost approx

It should be similar to a house with a garage but it all depends on your area & what company you’re working with
