POLE FEEDER SESSION ON THE RIVER

After showing you how i make my bite indicator for the pole-feeder,I was asked if I`d go and do a pole feeder session on the river and show how i set it up.

Him Keith I fish a river that is fairly fast I tried this method last week had 44 finish. But found It very hard trying to suss out what was a bite

Hi Aimee,on this method,the pole float indicator acts as your float,I use bottom weighted feeders,the weight of the feeder depends on how fast the river is. I fish the feeder at just over dead depth,with 6” of twizzled line above it,on top of the is the helicopter rig,which your hook length is attached to. You must use a bump bar to rest your pole on and lower you feeder in straight.
