You can still issue citations for speed without radar. There are a few ways you could do it. You could use your vehicles calibrated speedometer that all patrol vehicles come stock with. Or if you don’t want to do that you could issue a ticket for Speed greater than road conditions allow.

A little tip, i was messing about in a server i'm in and i have realised (or maybe i'm wrong here) if you use another tone rather than the wail siren, they move over from a further distance. Might come in handy during pursuits. +It's been a while since i've played FiveM and i've recently got back to it, someone who knew me before gave me Head Admin and Colonel. Hoping to progress and show how good i am after my time off FiveM +Keep up the content :P
