This is one of the best law enforcement episodes. That warehouse interior is a good one! Would love to see Polecat & Buggs take advantage of that in the future. Would be a good HQ for their stolen car episodes. I think there are one or two other warehouse interiors that can be used as well.

Just a tip, when entering a room in a stack, never call out what side you plan on going to, the lead man needs to be free to go where the threat is and everyone else goes off him. Good video though, I really enjoy them. 👍🏼

In CA, a landlord must first give a written 3-day notice of rent due. Then the landlord can only proceed through lawsuit. They must wait 30 days beyond the 3-day notice before doing so. Then documents must be filed with the court and served on the tenant. The tenant has 5 days to respond. If no response, or a judge sides with the landlord, the landlord MUST file the necessary documents with the Sheriff Dept before the tenant can be legally removed from the property. And not having water makes the place "uninhabitable", for which the tenant can legally withhold rent.

Hey polecat just thought of a new idea for law enforcement. So you go to a call for a possible hostage situation. As police arrive they breech and the suspect invites them in. When they come in there is already planted c4 on the walls of the room and the suspect is holding the trigger. This could work for both criminal or law enforcement episodes but I want you to finish the story with the polecat twist. Another great episode bud and love every doj video u put out. Take care bud

A suggestion polecat---If you've ever seen cops they talk about the call they are going to you should do that when your responding to the call and when the people talk you can listen but I think it would bring more realism in my opinion
