yup first time i went to a outdoor range , i seen this guy with nice gear shooting at the long range area (farest target can be placed at 210 yards) a lot of build up and he missed , spotter called that he missed by a great margin... everyone screws up sometimes right? 2nd shot nope , 3rd shot nope ,12th nope this is broken blah blah blah 😂😂 guy walks up and asks if he can see about 7 seconds from the point he has his finger on trigger he nails paper and tells the pro guy *"it seems to fire fine to me"* 😂😂 best mic drop moment at a range

I'll add my story. I was shooting on an outdoor range and a guy shows up in "tacticool" gear. Now, this is 37 years ago. He was shooting a .357 and wanted to go down range to do some close shooting. He pasted eyes, a nose, and mouth on a silhouette target and stepped back. He looked at the target and said, "What did you say?!? What did you say?!?!" and unloaded 6 rounds into it with a couple hitting COM. I packed up my sh*t and got out of there!

The hot brass on the chest is my favorite part. MGS sound effect is a fun one to use. Also its hilarious since i had a worse scenario on a live fire convoy range at Ft Hood and the brass from the guy behind me went down my shirt. I had a vest with plates in so i was freaking out pulling frantically to keep it from pushing the brass against my skin. It just kept burning me each time it fell further down lol.

We had a girl catch a hot brass on the back of her neck on a range I Kuwait. She started screaming for a medic like she was shot. Shut the entire range down for a good 10 minutes while the medic was getting to her and trying to find where she was hit. When she finally calmed down and told him it was a piece of brass in her collar I think the medic was ready to shoot her himself.

The real version would have been empty mag and load the bullet thru the ejection port.

The gun bunny "cleavage shot" got someone married. I know an old sailor who back in the 70s learned to shoot with the very first sailorettes who never held a gun before. Their blouses buttoned the opposite way from the male shirts, and eventually a brass cartridge found its way into the cleave of one the female sailor. She also waved her .45 about.
