I love the design of Un nano. Is it very small or just normal small? Online images are so hard to understand. I heard some people say it extremely small in person compared to the pictures on the website.

I have the exact same bag for over a year now and it's my everyday bag and it still looks new. The quality is amazing for the price point and I will be getting the camel color in smooth leather soon because I love the bag that much. tfs your thoughts :)

Return policy is an absolute nightmare. They will hold on on your money even if you post it back. Think twice before ordering from them

@@JennaEvangelia I have seen same complaints on trustpilot uk. Sadly seen too late therefore warming others.I posted from london to Spain almost a month ago, still waiting, they also charge dhl fees for posting back, once received they take additional 15 days to inspect bag and this story goes on and on. They simply holding on on the money and extremely hard get money back. I have had enough and just opened a dispute. So many people have same experience with exchanging or refunding bag to them.
