Polenta with Fried Meat, sheep cheese, sour cream and goose egg.
A traditional Romanian shepperd's meal. We call the polenta MĂMĂLIGA. We eat it like this, with SARMALE (stuffed cabbage), cabbage on the oven, CIULAMA, TOCANA, or anything else, for the pros.
