For anyone wondering WHY???... A year ago when Save Our Lives came out, Forestella gave us a fan's challenge to get so many views on the video in exchange for fun rewards. One was the bungee jumping, one was a choreographed dance cover of a kpop song and another was busking. Well they started out with a dance cover of someone else's kpop song but changed their minds and decided to dance to a NEW kpop song of their own, and this is it! also Save Our Lives has just hit 2 MIL views! 사실 흔하디 흔한 케이팝인 거 맞음 근데 그게 항상 흔하지 않고 어쩌면 어려운 노래만 해왔던 포레스텔라가 불렀다는 것 만으로도 새롭게 느껴지고 도전으로 느껴진다는 것 자체가 난 대단하고 느껴짐 이 곡을 통해 새롭게 알게 된 사람은 이전의 노래들을 신기하게 들을테지만 예전부터 알고 있던 사람들은 그들이 얼마나 많은 노력과 연습과 고생 끝에 성악 발성을 덜어냈는지 지금의 음색을 어떻게 만들었는지 어떤 과정을 통해 흔하다는 케이팝을 이질감없이 부를 수 있게 되었는지 알고 있으니까.. 지금껏 포레스텔라가 쌓아 온 것들이 색다르게 와닿는 곡인 것 같음 그만큼 포레가 정말 다양하고 많은 장르를 심지어 누군가는 잘 들어본 적 없던 장르까지 많이 해왔구나 싶다 그만큼 난 어떤 장르의 노래도 넓게 받아들을 준비가 되어있음 너무 질려서 안듣던 케이팝부터 뭔지 모를 안드로메다같은 노래까지 그러니까 새로운 도전을 두려워하지 말고 앞으로도 계속 해줬으면 해!
