wow great views again, you live in a beautiful country for sure Vegard, I have to drive my polestar up there sometime ;-)
@Vegard-Driving-Somewhere3 жыл бұрын
Yes! You should drive up here! I totally agree 😊👍 Put it on the list for things to do once covid is gone! I can highly recommend doing a roadtrip similar to the one I did with my family last summer around Vestland. Unfortunately we did not have the P2 then, so we are actually thinking about doing it again some day. (there is a long and short version video from that trip on here on my channel).

Hi Vegard, very enjoyable video, thank you. Not least because yet again some of the best P2 vids come from Norway. What a lovely country you have - you are very fortunate and you appear to be well ahead of us in the UK for charging infrastructure - all that 'no cost' watery power probably! A few years back we had some really fabulous neighbours (in Nottingham) who were in the Norwegian Navy and who came to Nottingham University for a year and a half or so to study. We got on really well....but sadly and perhaps inevitably we have lost touch..... BUT - I have a P2 on order and when I get used to flying it, my ambition is to drive to, and around Norway - and surprise them! Good idea? Best wishes to you both - Jeff

Hi Jeff! Thanks for the kind comments :) I think that`s a great idea! You get to surprise old friends and do a solid road trip at the same time, it`s a win win situation! We did a road trip last summer, unfortunately not with the P2 as it had not arrived yet, but if you want some inspiration for a road trip I made a video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYK0mmp3ZsiAptE Now all we need is this pandemic to end, so it would be easier to travel again. (I have a road trip to Copenhagen and Finnmark in the northern Norway on my to do list) Greetings from Norway! Vegard

Your sled is making a funny noise. I think it has a nail stuck in the tire. :D Still on the fence about ordering the Polestar but you're slowly pushing me over!

Must be a nail 😂 All I can say is that we are still very happy with the car after around 14 000 km with it! Now that OTA updates are in place, regular updates will keep on improving the experience 👍

Amazing video. That sledging looks so much fun. Sadly nowhere like that here to take the P2. Thank you

21kwh wow and that is great consumption too ;-)

It was actually 20.7kWh until the last kilometer before reaching home. The last 1 km is a steep uphill which takes a lot of energy. 😊

If im correct speed charger Point was 150. But car alow you only 50. In 30min car charged 20kwh So its about 100km distance can drive. And price about 80NOK. Am I right? I have diesel and I can drive 100km for 70NOK (if diesel is for 14nok). I tho its more cheaper to charge at Norway. Should I stick with my f30 320ed that can go below 5l/100 with speed 120-130 and drive about 1100km on 1 tank? Hmmm Im realy think about EV this polestar, Skoda enyaq, tesla m3. Coz I can charge at home and at job(free). Any suggestion?

Hi, you are correct :) In this video I was charging the car on high SoC (State of Charge) on a 150kW charger. To get max charge speed and to be most cost efficient when charging you should charge on 150kW only when SoC is starting very low. In my case it would have been as quick and probably cheaper to charge on 50kW charger. I guess a lot comes down to your driving pattern. We have 2 EV`s (P2 and Nissan leaf) and do probably 99% of the charging at home. During 10 months from August until May we`ve used 6360 kWh on the home charger for both cars and I think I`ve only charged the P2 on other chargers maybe 5-6 times in that timeframe. I`ve driven almost 20 000 km with the P2 in that timeframe, not sure about the Nissan leaf, but its also being driven daily. Let`s say I pay 1NOK/kWh when charging at home, that is 20NOK/100km, so it is a bit cheaper than fossil fuel cars. Throw in charging for free at work and it would be even better :) Did you check out the BMW i4 m50?
