Marion Ramsey was supposed to play my mother in a new film I'm Starring in, but unfortunately, she passed away just before we started filming. She was very funny and she was an amazing singer. She sang for us at a dinner party and she just stood up out of her chair at our table, and sang a church song had everyone in the restaurant captivated and mesmerized! Leslie Easterbrook (Who played Callahan in Police Academy) was there also. They were besties in real life!

Watch the scene before he had that straight face. 1:29 In the shot when Captain Harris said "what the hell", look to the left for Hooks and you'll see that the old cop was initially laughing and then stone faced up for the zoom in shot, but you can tell he was laughing.
