Fabian doesn't get enough credit for doing what he does for viewers. It can be dangerous being around druggies, mentally ill and just plain criminals. But he does it, and does it well. Thanks Fabian for being our eyes and ears!! Be safe, guy!

The _rock-thrower_ said: “I wasn’t throwing rocks at _YOU_ . I was throwing them at somebody else”. Well, that’s reassuring to the lady he struck with a 2-pound rock. 😑

15:46 that what you have to do…give them a choice. I know homeless advocates want them to be able to sleep wherever…but as long as there are programs to house them…then need to go there…if they are citizens they should have to abide by some rules…not just taxpayers who do 9-5’s…if you’re homeless you need to go into housing or treatment if available
@flanagamer2 ай бұрын
That implies they have a choice - we need to make it mandatory, either jail for doing drugs (which is a crime last time I checked), or involuntary long-term rehab. But to do that, we need dedicated rehab centers staffed by professionals and security 24/7, free lodging, and meals. Ain’t no place like that in L.A. but that needs to change. So anybody on the street either gets jail, rehab, or housing assistance. We need to bring a little tough love back to society. Hate to say it, but the gov’t needs to start forcing homeless into work camps where they’re paid for doing stuff like picking up trash or cleaning, but at least they’d get paid and have access to subsidized housing.

A large percentage of homeless are suffering from addiction. Hopefully time locked up will lead to a road of recovery. The police need to make it as difficult as possible for individuals living and doing drugs in public

Screw politics. I dont care if you love Trump or Harris. How about we focus on US for once. We need to put a stop to this.
@Gl66192 ай бұрын
That’s a tired talking point…there are various programs for homeless people…it up to the homeless to try and utilize those programs… People need to quit mindlessly parroting that “government needs to help the homeless” and realize many homeless are offered programs but don’t want to abide by rules… The “man” isn’t always the enemy, some people just sabotage themselves…

Are there people who actually pay to voluntarily visit this city? There seem to be oblivious folks wandering around. Are they looking for some fentanyl, or perhaps a free syringe from a government free syringe station? 🤔
@flanagamer2 ай бұрын
I’m homeless here living in my car because honestly this city/state provides the most homeless resources. Sad, but true. FL will literally throw you in jail for living in your car. L.A. sure ain’t perfect, but no big city is. Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, Orlando, Houston, Seattle, etc. all suck ass compared to L.A. and SD. SD is harder to live in when you’re homeless because the infrastructure is more car centered and everything is more spread out. It also gets colder there at night and more damp.
