Actually it is probably drugs or alcohol not streets that make people look older. Then again he probably doesn't remember he's older than that because it's a wonder drugs don't make them forget their names.

This is one of the many things I hate about most homeless these days. Tho I am one I can't accept this behavior of having dogs trained to attack on the streets. I get needing to protect yourself but lots are just sicking their dogs on innocent people or letting them run loose and attack people. Often while walking to get food a dog attacks me and they say " he/she is friendly. He/she won't hurt you" um if that was so how come it just jumped at me growling, is my thought. I don't know who truly started it we weren't there to see it, but they are quick to use a dog as a weapon.
