GT & The J-Town Press visited Thomas County Juvenile Justice Department. We were met with instant unprofessionalism and rudeness. To top it off, police were called when we tried to submit an open records request.
Frauditor Wrangler's military claims. However, no documentation to support his military history that he has claimed. This information has been forwarded to the District Attorney prosecuting him on felony charges that are pending.

Is a police sergeant authorized to give legal advice? Are they liable if the advice is incorrect? (I believe that only licensed attorneys may practice law.) When the police give a directive, would it be appropriate to ask them (on camera) if they are authorized and licensed to give legal advice? And then maybe add, "Don't give me any directives unless you are licensed to give me legal advice." Just a thought...

From quickly reading Georgia Law it sounds like you can do a request verbally as well as in writing I bring this up as it would have been funny if you just stated exactly what you wanted on film. I want A B C and not worried about the "we don't do that here" I admit I did not watch the full video so I could keep my blood pressure down, heheh, so if you did make specific requests I may have missed them. Also it is funny that law enforcement officers did not see if they were violating the law as you stated. Laws are laws so why do they selectively enforce them. Whenever police get called I wish you could flip it and say "what illegal things are they doing that they had you come out to help them hide it?", heheh.

The Miss Kimberly seems to have a very unhealthy life style. But, since she works for the government, I'm sure her insurance will pay for all that. Hypertension runs rampant in an African American and so they should be wary of that malady and do the best they can to stave off the potential stroke and heart, kidney disease that could happen if they don't watch their caloric intake and fats. I'd like to request this lady's number of "sick" days she has taken in the last 5 years. When she was being asked questions, there were times when her eyes mysteriously shifted to the left (sign of a stoke) and didn't answer (Sign of mental disability). It's concerning as she is the face of this government establishment and should be in good health and be able to professionally do her required job.
