Second; she tries to have a rookie arrest a homeless man, but was actually Cpt Porter in disguise. So, he fires her again and this time she gets arrested for bribing a police officer. Adams is un-arrestable; she is definitely dating someone in the Police Union!

ALWAYS record the police, it is your constitutional right. As soon as a cop says "Stop recording me" then you know it is a bad cop and you should fear for your life. First up, Cops MUST tell your why they pulled you over...the crime or violation BEFORE you give them your license. Never do a Field Sobriety Test. It is not required but you must do a breath test or a blood test. NO Passenger in a vehicle ever has to identify to a police officer unless he is a shift driver for a Truck, or is suspected of a crime. KNOW your rights and laws.
