You're right doctors do not prescribe antibiotics and its really hard to get one here, and we have to bring some from kashmir with us, we dont rely on them as much. The answer to your second question is that, Two things help the house keep warm in cold winters, The walls are insulated with a lot of foam, which we dont use in kashmir and the window glasses are thick and double-glazed (window has two glass sheets with vacuum in between).
