Yes. If you choose to do that make sure you brush their face with your hand (stay tight) as you cross over for the head lock or what most of us prefer, a modified close range "clothesline" or Irimi Nage type of throw. Just depends on context because your ability to control their vertical plane and especially their head is vital to wether or not and how it impacts the ground. What is shown here in this video allows you to control the rate they descend and therefore the impact. Thanks for the inquiry!
