Police dispatcher breaks down after receiving special gifts from a Secret Santa

A Secret Santa is back and this Christmas is bigger than ever!
The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local man gift more than $500,000 this holiday season. A lot more. Secret Santa is a real person who wants to remain anonymous and hopes to help as many individuals in our community as he can.
Helena is a single mother of eight children. She placed one for adoption as a teenager and has since reconnected with him after he turned 18.
She works full-time as a dispatcher at the Fremont County Sheriff's Office, cleans cabins in Island Park and reserves for the Madison County Jail. On top of all of this, she makes time to support her children at all their events. Helena volunteers for Shop with a Cop and is considered the peacemaker of the office. She is always willing to go above and beyond.
Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to visit Helena while she was working and give her some special gifts. Watch the video above to see the surprise!

My kids are grown and moved out but I was a single mom for many years with six kids and my twins were always in and out of the hospital and my cars were always breaking down, my jobs would tell me you’re such a great worker we love you but you’re always missing work and it was because my kids were always in the hospital. I was working two jobs all the time, boy it was rough but I loved being a mom

This program can easily be duplicated in your community - get organized with donors and carefully selected people in need who take care of their own lives and children without expecting everything to be provided to them. I am proud as an American that this shows our giving hearts and also how communities should work (like it was up until the recent pasts).
