Police Falsely Arrests Black Small Business Owner. Then This Happens

Mango Park Police Sgt. Lasko is patrolling the neighborhood when he spots someone about to spray paint a wall. He immediately approaches the man and questions him. The man tells Sgt. Lasko that he is an artist who has a permit to paint a mural. But when he reaches into his bag to get his identification, Sgt. Lasko thinks he sees a weapon and places him under arrest. Later, when backup arrives, the man's claims are vindicated and Sgt. Lasko must live with the consequences of his mistake.
