Police Ferrari vs Normal Ferrari in GTA 5 - which is best?

Police Ferrari looks like painted Normal Ferrari, but there are few differences between these supercars. I installed Ferrari GTA 5 mods and did my regular cars tests to find out which is best. (idk why but police car is faster and stronger, maybe not perfect tests but I do it for fun)
