Absolutely, I have NO idea why there hasn’t been a game created so you can role play as a cop, just like lspdfr though. They have a farming simulator, mechanic simulator but not a police sim? I mean really. Some of these ones that are out have such horrible mechanics and graphics it’s ridiculous. I wish Rockstar would just make a game that you could role play as a cop, and a firefighter etc.... if you look at all the views these streamers have that play lspdfr and how much of a following they have it should be pretty damn clear that people want a game like this. And not just for pc, come out on all platforms!

@@brad2737 need for speed hot pursuit multiplayer is the closest we'll get. It's arcade, so it's more of garry's mod cops vs robbers but with cars and mario kart elements, but it's fun as hell.

They're never able to get it right. Why do all these companies think people want an arcade-style mission-based game for policing. Do these developers do ZERO research into the main demographic of people they're making a game for? I mean time and time again people make games like this and then wonder why they flop. NOBODY WANTS THIS. How is the best policing game still a GTA V mod made by "amateurs" (not an insult just kinda true)? Flashing Lights is the closest to getting it right. These games are honestly starting to piss me off because the devs clearly make no attempt to make something anyone will enjoy.

The one police game I want to see, would be LA Noir first responder. Where you would take calls like Grand Theft Auto V and then open world setting. But the issue is this is unlikely if not impossible not to mention the FR Community has already refused to consider making anything involving LA Noir mods. Because of how hard locked the scripts are. We don't want point-and-click games, we want police games which are realistic but also fun. Not games were free point-and-click and make decisions. Not to mention that decision should be realistic not stupid. Making a bad decision should half a consequence but it should not be downright stupid like blowing up the car by shooting the gas tank.

Seems rather... dull. Basic models for cop cars, stock siren effects. Radial menu could be a bit better... should have better options than “Shoot the fuel tank”. Better police actions than drifting as that opposes danger to yourself and the public. Maybe better options like “request a spike strip”. It would make a lot more sense to do it like that. I get their point they wanna make a simple police game that is meant to be fun but I feel like they should add realism too.

eh, it's got aspects to improve on. It's not terrible though and for something that still has a good amount of time until planned release date, it has a lot of room until then to improve. Worst comes to worst, they push back release.
