Police investigate deaths of five Soweto children

Police are probing the deaths of five children who died in Soweto over
the weekend.
It's alleged that they became unwell after eating snacks from local spaza shops.
The families are trying to come to terms with their losses.

Arrest? I think the state must prove beyond reasonable doubt intent an actual killing. It would be tough, thus I think first an inquest and depending on evidence pursue culprits. I’m not lawyer though
