It depends on the state and county, they all have different laws about what they have to disclose to the new buyer, from murders, suicides, meth labs, natural deaths. Some it’s period tell everything some have time limits from a year or two to a decade. So you could buy a house that someone was killed in 3 years ago but the real-estate agent only has to tell people two years from the murder that it happened. It’s kinda messed up.
